An armored car developed by OSTER company which were developed from 1939 to 1942.It has small firepower although with rather good armor thickness.It is a four wheels version.In 1939 it only have has a large turret with 2x 8mm MG but in 1941 it have new OC-1L turret with 47mm gun.About 5000 were built from 1939 to 1942.
